These Terms govern your use of the controlnow.ai website and its content. By accessing or using the site, you agree to them. Use of the ControlNow product itself is governed by a separate written agreement (the Master Subscription Agreement); these Terms cover the public website.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by ControlNow AS, org. nr. 937 736 258, Oslo, Norway ("ControlNow", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@controlnow.ai.

2. Permitted use

You may view and use this website for your own legitimate business purposes — to learn about ControlNow, evaluate whether it fits your organisation, and contact us. You must use the site lawfully and in line with these Terms.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, the ControlNow name and logo, the "Catch the drift." tagline, product descriptions, screenshots, and the underlying design and code — is owned by ControlNow AS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property and unfair-competition law. Except for normal viewing in your browser, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of it without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use and restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit anyone acting on your behalf to:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract data or content from the site, except for well-behaved search-engine indexing;
• copy, reproduce, or reuse our content, structure, or design to build, train, market, or operate a competing or substantially similar product or service;
• access or use the site, or engage with our team, on behalf of, or for the benefit of, a competitor — including to gather competitive intelligence, benchmark our product, or replicate our positioning, features, or methodology;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source, structure, or underlying ideas of anything made available through the site, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, without our prior written consent;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or provide false information in any form;
• use the site in any way that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to ControlNow or others.

If you book a meeting, request a demo, or otherwise engage with us, you confirm that you are doing so to evaluate ControlNow for your own organisation in good faith, and not for any of the prohibited purposes above. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw access where we reasonably believe these restrictions have been breached, and to pursue available legal remedies.

5. Confidentiality of materials we share

Any non-public information, demonstration, pricing, or materials we share with you during an evaluation are provided in confidence for the sole purpose of that evaluation. You may not disclose them to a third party or use them for any competitive or other unauthorised purpose. A separate non-disclosure agreement may apply and, where signed, takes precedence.

6. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. Figures and outcomes described (for example, recovery or time-saving ranges) are illustrative and depend on each customer's data and circumstances; they are not a guarantee. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, ControlNow is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on its content.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed legal venue.
